Wow, I didn't realize you were thinking about quitting. Any ideas what you're going to do next? I say you pull a George and have the Summer of Geoff. I could even try to come down more often to catch films and hang out or something. And maybe I should check your other recent posts to see what else is new. I've been slacking when it comes to blogging world.
Sadly, nothing special, just a straightforward announcement of my leaving in two week's time. Maybe if I'd been furious enough to just up and quit, but I'd rather not burn bridges.
Summer of Geoff sounds FABULOUS, except for the whole thing where I owe money to more than one entity. Nothing in the realm of "Upon failure of payment, your kneecaps are forfeit", just student loans and credit cards and such.
Soooo...I may be out of work for a month, two max, but I need a job, unless I cave in to insanity and go to school again. In which case, I will have loans until I am 80. Sweet deal.
wow, that's what my parents always say ("Don't burn bridges"). I am a bridge burner by nature, so it can take some serious control to stay away from the lighter.
where are you at? all I can suggest is the temp agency (I am earning 10.50 an hour doing nothing right now--hence why you have a comment) and the good ol' newspaper. But then again, I think you're older than me and already know these goodies.

I'd like to quit my job and move to Europe for a few months.
Why Europe? Not saying it's a bad choice, I'd love to visit England, Scotland, Greece, Italy, and the city of Prague, myself - I'm merely curious.
Wonderful and informative web site. I used information from that site its great. »
Excellent, love it! » »
I just came across your blog and found it be really helpful in my evaluation
